Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel your booking, please inform Nossa Terra Tours immediately in writing (email is acceptable) and request a written confirmation of your cancellation.

• Upon receipt of your cancellation request, the table below outlines the cancellation window and policy - less the non-refundable deposit or any other non refundable payments made to Nossa Terra Tours or our Suppliers. 

• Nossa Terra Tours may deduct adjustments for changes in the exchange rate or room rate changes created by the cancellation.

• Please note that Nossa Terra Tours is required to pay deposits to suppliers in advance of the tour date itself, thus we ask for full payment at 3 or 4 months in advance of your trip.​

• Nossa Terra Tours suggests the purchase of a travel protection plan including additional “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage.

• Please check with your travel protection plan or broker to verify If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your policy.

• Note: Airline tickets are governed by the air carriers’ terms and conditions. Nossa Terra Tours is not responsible for the air carrier’s policy or decisions regarding refunds, value, or time limits for future use.

• We are not able to refund partially used bookings or cancelations made with less than 90 days advance notice.​​​​​
